Payments
- Reservation Deposit – 20% at time of Confirmation
- Final Payment – Due 45 Days before arrival
- Additional Fees Collected at Final Payment

- Payments must be made by check or cash (Venmo/Zelle)
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund up to 45 days before reservation begins
- 50% refund up to 30 days before
- 25% refund up to 15 days before
- 0% the last 14 days
Miscellaneous Information
- Renter must submit reservation request and a copy of their valid Driver’s License before reservation is accepted.
- Because some of our guests may have allergies or are sensitive to animals, we do not permit animals of any kind on the property.
- A knowledgeable local representative will be available for any help or questions.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 Persons.
- Check-in time: 4:00 pm – Check-out time: 11:00 am.
- No Smoking On Property at any time.
